This trek starts from Simikot which is situated at an elevation of 2910 meters and climbs up to Nyalu La (4950m). And make a loop back to Simikot via Limi valley through scenic landscape. This is tough but rewarding trek offers the opportunity to meet the friendly villagers of upper Humla. Visit the monasteries that are 400-1000 years old and experience the unique culture of the past still in practice. Added to this is scenery of pine-forested Karnali gorge and beautiful Saipal and Nalakankad mountain range. The area untouched by modern changes and believed to be the present form of mythical Shangri-la. Limi is the only place, where you can found fresh Tibetan culture and costume because their cultural and matrimonial relationship between west Tibet. Many Tibetan culture and monasteries were destroyed in Cultural Revolution. But Limi valley lying inside Nepal was not affected by Cultural Revolution. It is like a small Tibet or Lomanthang in Upper Mustang. During June,July, August while monsoon rains are drenching most of the Nepali countryside, the Limi valley, which falls in the rain shadow, is considerably drier. Apart from misty mountain views and lush green vegetation, the valley offers other splendid sights and scents as wildflowes,indigenous herbs and flowering buckwheat, mustard grow with the season. This is an ideal time to visit for travelers who dislike crowds, enjoy solitary walks and want more interactions with local inhabitants.

Day 2 - Transfer airport - fly Simikot, Guest House-Explore Nyinba village
Day 3 - Trek Simikot to Dharapori (2300m)
Day 4 - Trek to Kermi & Camp (2800m) (Hot Spring visit) 5 hours
Day 5 - Trek Dharapori to Kermi (2700 m)
Day 6 - Kermi trek to Yalbang Gumba (3000m)
Day 7 - Yalbang Gumba trek to Tumkot Khola (3100m)
Day 8 - Tumkot Khola trek to Yari (4000m)
Day 9 - Yari village to Hilsa (3700m)
Day 10 - Hilsa to Manipeme, (3900m)
Day 11 - Manipeme to Til, (4100m)
Day 12 - Til to Halji, (3600m)
Day 13 - Halji to Sebuk, (3800m)
Day 14 – Sebuk to Nyalu base camp (Dhemochhe), (4300m)
Day 15 - Dhemochhe to Singjungma(2900m)
Day 16 - Singjungma to Laga Dhinga (3250m)
Day 17 - Laga Dhinga to Simikot (2950m)
Day 18 - Fly Simikot to Nepalgunj & to Kathmandu
